Open video lab is a time for teens to explore the space and to experiment with cameras, lights, microphones, backdrops, and editing software. A video lab instructor will be on hand to offer guidance and assistance to teens when needed.

Build-a-Block[Party] is a multi-session, hands-on program for people who want to learn how to plan and produce neighborhood block parties, small festivals, and community gatherings.

Free chess tutorials for all ages. Beginners are invited to learn to play, and veterans are welcome to challenge each other to a friendly match of strategy and tactics. For this event we will meet in our main lobby behind the escalators.

Toddlers will enjoy an interactive and engaging storytime that is sure to keep them wanting more! With a focus on early literacy skills, each storytime will include a read-aloud of 2-3 books, movement activities, and more.

Hey kids, Have you always wanted a pet but not the work and responsibility? A Pet Rock may be just what you need! We will paint and decorate a Pet Rock to take home! Each rock comes with the ability to "Sit & Stay!"

Celebrate National Ice Cream Month with us! It's a fun-filled Ice Cream Social for all ages! Customers are invited to enjoy sweet treats, interactive games, music, and creative activities.

Dig into prehistoric creativity! Kids will learn about ancient fossils and create their own ammonite or nature fossils to take home. This hands-on program blends science, art, imagination, for a fun and engaging experience.
