Join us every Wednesday this summer from 4:00 to 4:30 PM for our Weekly Reader Club! We will be reading Percy Jackson & the Olympians: The Lightning Thief.

Fall in love with a new book! Throughout this series, participants will "date" six romance novels of their choice. On June 12th, we will each check out six books and take them home to start reading.

Curious about poetry? Is it for you? Join us at the Orange Mound Library for The People's Poetry Club, where we prefer poems that speak to you instead of at you.

Tweens, it's always a good day to read an exciting book together!

We are excited to host this book club, led by local author Andrea Hardaway! Books are chosen each month by attendees. All genres are welcome, but this group loves nonfiction, inspirational, and must-read books by contemporary black authors.

For June, our "page-to-screen" book club, I Read That Movie @ the Library, is reading the 1998 novel Big Fish: A Novel of Mythic Proportions by Daniel Wallace.
