Free chess tutorials for all ages. Beginners are invited to learn to play, and veterans are welcome to challenge each other to a friendly match of strategy and tactics. For this event we will meet in our main lobby behind the escalators.

Like to play Mah Jong but need friends to play with?  Our Club might be for you. It is for those who have played some, know the suits, the flow of play, and how to use an American Mah Jong Card. There is no teacher. We just play.

Sp8ce is ready for lift off! Join us for the launch of Sp8ce, a pop-up mental health hangout for teens created and operated by Central Library’s Youth Council.
