Techy Seniors – Phone Basics

Learn the basic functions of smart phones and tablets. Participants will explore settings, and learn the following basic functions:

This class aims to create an immersive and enriching environment through a fusion of art and music healing.

Sensory Storytime is a welcoming interactive environment designed for sensory seeking children with autism or other sensory integration challenges.

Classes will cover introductory Spanish terms and keywords commonly used in day-to-day conversations. Lessons will focus on vocabulary, speaking, and some writing skills to help students communicate effectively in everyday situations.

Do you love reading AND doggies?! Come and read to a sweet, friendly pup and practice your reading skills! Every third Saturday at the Central Library in the Children's story time room from 11 - 1pm.

Come join us for stories, songs and fun, specially designed for pre-school children! Groups must pre-register.

The Memphis Fair Housing Center, a division of Memphis Area Legal Services, Inc., will hold a free legal advice clinic to address questions related to tenant rights and fair housing.

Classes are designed to teach adults how to pronounce and write some basic English words and phrases. 

Free chess tutorials for all ages. Beginners are invited to learn to play, and veterans are welcome to challenge each other to a friendly match of strategy and tactics. For this event we will meet in our main lobby behind the escalators.
