Ever find yourself stuck when you're trying to write? Or, maybe, you don't even know how to start? Then please join us for 'The Writer's Block,' a writing club geared towards gathering writers together and getting words down on the page.

Calling all teens who love a good scare or a heart-pounding thriller! In this special library program, you’ll choose a mystery book without seeing the cover, title, or author.

If you shake your head, stomp, or pat your feet, clap your hands, or move your body in some fashion to a beat in a favorite song, you have rhythm ,  this program is for you.

Students will learn the basics of screenwriting, including familiarizing themselves with the formatting of a screenplay page and understanding how to take an idea and turn it into a cinematic story.

We dare our tweens and teens to test their bravery during our Edible Fear Factor! The goal is simple: eat and drink the weirdest combinations known to mankind! Whoever goes the longest without quitting will win a prize!

Fall into the library during your break for a fun activity of Halloween canvas painting! This event is registration only. Please be sure to sign up online to reserve a seat. We can't wait to see you there.

Techy Seniors – Phone Basics

Learn the basic functions of smart phones and tablets. Participants will explore settings, and learn the following basic functions:

Calling all gamers! Flex your skills and go head-to-head with other gamers at Raleigh's Nintendo Switch Game Night. We'll have the classics if you're feeling nostalgic, as well as some newer fan favorites.
