Skill Training and Resourceful Teaching Helping Everyone Reach Entrepreneurship or START HERE is a mentorship program helping youth ages 13-21 in the areas of job readiness, financial literacy and advance life skills.

For August, our "page-to-screen" book club, I Read That Movie @ the Library, features a book selection and movie that remain cultural touchstones over half a century after their publication and release.

Ladies and gentlemen, you are cordially invited to a screening of Pride & Prejudice (2005). 

Tea service will be provided.

Regency-era attire is encouraged, though far from required. 

I’m excited to invite you to a special community event on Saturday, August 23,2025  from 4:00–6:00 PM at the Raleigh Library to introduce my new role as the Innovator-in-Residence (IIR) focused on Culinary Arts & Entrepreneurship.

Joseph Oliver and a variety of skilled professionals conduct weekly classes with customers participating in hands-on repair and learning exercises. Participants will be exposed to the basics of electricity and electronics theory and repair.

Need a place to knock out assignments or just reflect on a busy day? Study Club is a drop-in opportunity for teens to recharge and get work done.
