Come spend a cozy afternoon by the campfire! We'll create a fun, fill-in-the-blank story together then read it aloud while we enjoy s'mores!

I’m excited to invite you to a special community event on Saturday, August 23,2025  from 4:00–6:00 PM at the Raleigh Library to introduce my new role as the Innovator-in-Residence (IIR) focused on Culinary Arts & Entrepreneurship.

Bring the family to storytime to explore stories and facts, shake your sillies out, sing and rhyme together, and more! 

This storytime occurs on Mondays at 11:00 a.m.

Kids can come to their Randolph Branch Library after school on Mondays and utilize their creativity with craft making!

Connect Crew will be hosting a family storytime event at the Memphis Zoo! The storytime and animal meet and greet program will be held inside the Rondoval building (near the hippos).

Free chess tutorials for all ages. Beginners are invited to learn to play, and veterans are welcome to challenge each other to a friendly match of strategy and tactics. For this event we will meet in our main lobby behind the escalators.

Join us for an hour of building, creating, and making new friends! 

Children will enjoy an interactive and engaging storytime that is sure to keep them wanting more! Each storytime will include a read-aloud of 2-3 books, movement activities, and a craft! 

Sensory Storytime is a welcoming interactive environment designed for sensory seeking children with autism or other sensory integration challenges.

Enjoy a fun and interactive session where we express ourselves through music! 🎶✨ Each session combines singing, movement, and storytelling to engage young children in a joyful, musical experience. Come sing, read, and play along!

The U.S. National Park Service turns 109 years old this year! Let's celebrate our nation's parks and their wonderful, knowledgeable staff with a birthday party!

Join us for a special visit from a park ranger to learn about animals! Participants are invited to have an in-depth conversation with Hollywood's ranger friends.

Once again this September, Opera Memphis is bringing the magic of music to unexpected places all over the city—including 14 Memphis Public Library branches!
