AARP Foundation’s IRS-certified volunteers provide FREE basic income tax return preparation with electronic filing to qualified individuals.
Raleigh Branch will be one of the super sites for free tax preparation starting January 30, 2024, to April 15, 2024.
Below is the schedule.
Tuesday to Saturday 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Over the course of six weeks, this program will allow beginners to learn the basics skills need to operate a computer (using a mouse, knowing certain terminology like Desktop, Icons, Menu, opening a program, saving a document, etc.).
Come to the Cordova Branch Library for Storytime. Share stories, songs and crafts.

United Way of the Mid-South is offering free tax preparation services from 11 am-4pm.
The United Way Free Tax Prep is staffed by IRS-certified volunteers who will prepare and file your taxes. The service is free, secure, and confidential.
