Today is Art Explosion! Today we will make buttons, create magnets and decorate tote bags! Don't forget to bring a cotton black t-shirt to decorate with reverse tie dye!  Drop in from 12pm-2pm for an afternoon of art!

Stop by for a look into the history of crayons and a sneak peek into the process they go through to before they make it onto the store shelf. Design your own multi-colored crayon using recycled pieces of crayons! 

Connect Crew will be hosting a family storytime event at the Memphis Zoo! The storytime and animal meet & greet program will be held at the Wild Encounter location. The storytime event will occur during the zoo's Free TN Tuesday hours.

Young chefs will make a dish while learning basic cooking skills, techniques, and kitchen etiquette.  

Come to the Cordova Library and learn what it's like to be a children's book author.  Meet 3 new children's authors, listen to them read their books and talk about the writing experience, then write and illustrate your own book.

Ever wondered how optical illusions are made? Or wanted to learn a new way of doodling? Come by Randolph and create works of art with us! Graph paper and supplies are provided. 

Free chess tutorials for all ages. Beginners are invited to learn to play, and veterans are welcome to challenge each other to a friendly match of strategy and tactics. For this event we will meet in our main lobby behind the escalators.
