Break dancing is making its Olympic debut in 2024, so we're going to do some judging of our own.
Join us for Art to Grow! An art program provided by Dixon Gallery and Gardens. This program is a painting lesson based on art by Amy Hutcheson, an artist in the Dixon exhibition "Memphis 2024". Ages 8-16 are welcome to attend.

Come to the Cordova Branch Library to meet local children's author Lashanna Houston. Listen to her read her book. Then stay for snacks and crafts. For ages 5-12 and no registration is needed.

Tween Zone is a chance for tweens ages 10-12 to chill out after school. Need to give your mind a break? Stop by the children's department to create art, play games, and chill.
Free chess tutorials for all ages. Beginners are invited to learn to play, and veterans are welcome to challenge each other to a friendly match of strategy and tactics. For this event we will meet in our main lobby behind the escalators.
