Family story times are a great opportunity for children and caretakers to come together, hear stories, sing songs, and work together on crafts or other activities.

Come to the Cordova Branch Library for Baby Storytime.  Share stories and songs and bubbles!  This week's theme is: I Love Bugs!  No registration is needed.

Join us for a performance by the Kids on the Block, an award-winning International Program. Enjoy puppets and stories, and make a puppet of your own to take home. 

Are you looking for a fun space to watch your children bond with like-minded youth? Would you like to meet other parents, grandparents, or caregivers?

Children get a chance to explore origami, a traditional Japanese art form.  With various folds, brightly-colored squares of paper can be transformed into objects, including animals, flowers, boxes, and more.

Connect Crew will be hosting a family storytime event at the Memphis Zoo! The storytime and animal meet & greet program will be held at the Wild Encounter location. The storytime event will occur during the zoo's Free TN Tuesday hours.

Come to the Cordova Branch Library for Paws for Reading with Job, the therapy dog.  Read to Job, he's a good listener.  Do crafts and snacks, too.

Free chess tutorials for all ages. Beginners are invited to learn to play, and veterans are welcome to challenge each other to a friendly match of strategy and tactics. For this event we will meet in our main lobby behind the escalators.
