Summer is the perfect time for parents to keep their little learners, learning. During our story time, we will share books that are perfect for summer reading along with a related art activity. Please mark this program on your calendar!

Get ready to make some noise! In this Pre-K Project, we'll be making shakers out of household items and will hold a little jam session at the end.

All Pre-K Projects will also include a read-aloud story related to the project.  

An hour full of crafts and games at the Cherokee Library! A different activity will be presented each week. Registration encouraged but not required.

Healthy Cooking Matters For Children is a four-session series designed to provide hands-on learning experiences through recipe preparation and encourage positive behavior change among youth participants. 

Connect Crew will be hosting a family storytime event at the Memphis Zoo! The storytime and animal meet and greet program will be held at the Wild Encounter location. The storytime event will occur during the zoo's Free TN Tuesday hours.

Come to the Cordova Branch Library to visit with Job, the Comfort Dog.  Feel free to read to him, or just pet him.  Then say for a craft activity.

For ages 5-12.  No registration is needed.

Free chess tutorials for all ages. Beginners are invited to learn to play, and veterans are welcome to challenge each other to a friendly match of strategy and tactics. For this event we will meet in our main lobby behind the escalators.
