Presented by Methodist North Hospital Certified Professional, this class is a discussion about  heart disease symptoms which include chest pain, shortness of breath, fatigue and dizziness. These may vary by individual and type of heart condition. Risks will include high blood pressure, high cholesterol, smoking, diabetes, obesity, heart rhythm changes and also family history. You will learn to recognize your personal symptoms and risks factors for you can seek immediate medical help for any heart attack signs.
